Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your StepUpMart account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted and processed without delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
